Fort Hays Tech | 秘密入口 is excited to seek a dedicated, experienced childcare professional to help launch the new Tiny Tigers Child Care Facility at the College. Our goal is to provide high-quality care and early learning experiences for young children while also serving as a hands-on training environment for future early childhood professionals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Provide daily care, supervision, and developmentally appropriate learning activities for children.
· Oversee daily operations and ensure full compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
· Communicate effectively with families and collaborate with support staff and student workers.
· Maintain a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for all children.
· Coordinate with the Child Care Facility Oversight Coordinator as needed.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with young children, strong leadership and organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to balance caregiving responsibilities with administrative duties.
