Position Description
Fort Hays Tech | 秘密入口 (FHNW), Goodland, KS, , is seeking a head women's basketball coach to lead a successful women's basketball program at the College. The head coach is responsible for all aspects from recruiting to the development and administration of a successful NJCAA/KJCCC intercollegiate sports program.
Previous coaching experience is desired as well as knowledge and skills to utilize Hudl, Synergy, film and social media. Bachelor degree preferred.
Work hours for a collegiate coach/recruiter are non-traditional and extensive travel will be necessary in order to be successful in this position. Bus driving may also be required, so holding a current commercial driver’s license, with passenger and airbrakes endorsements, is a plus.

FHNW is fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is nationally recognized for student success and graduation rates. The College offers 19 technical programs and is affiliated with Fort Hays State University.
With nearly all of our technical programs taught in a cohort model, our students experience a significant amount of contact with faculty, leading to high student success rates. We have a small, diverse campus, with a student body of approximately 400 full-time students pursuing degrees and technical certificates.
Compensation
Compensation includes: 12-month salary and benefits package including health insurance, KPERS retirement plan, vacation/sick leave, and more.
